Download the zipped file, and unzip it into a folder of your choice, say, on the desktop.
Double-click on the Setup.exe file to install the components of the CD-ROM.
After all the files have been extracted, a folder named "ICSFDDCD" is automatically created in the C drive and a shortcut to it, on the desktop. Click on the shortcut to launch the CD-ROM.
